The Xtar MC4S is a compact, four-slot charger designed for everyday battery care. Each bay is independently controlled, so you can charge a mix of chemistries and sizes at the same time. The charger automatically allocates current — delivering up to 1A to two bays, or 0.5A across all four — to balance speed with cell health. A USB-C input (5V, up to 2.1A) means it works with common phone adapters and power banks.

The MC4S supports most 3.6/3.7V Li-ion formats (from 10440 up to 26650) and 1.2V Ni-MH/Ni-Cd sizes (AAA through C). It can charge two 26650s plus two unprotected 21700 cells simultaneously; protected 21700/20700 cells are not supported. A 0V activation function can help recover over-discharged cells, while seven onboard protections — anti-reverse, over-charge, output over-current, short-circuit, over-voltage, over-load and over-temperature — add peace of mind.

For best performance, use a quality 5V/2A (or higher) USB wall adapter. A USB-A to USB-C cable is included.
