At Vapestore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive your RMA number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact and including a printed copy of your return authorization.

• 3.
  Ship to Vapestore

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
